    "Prior to ordering, I did some research via the internet, but found the guys at Extreme Kartz to be very helpful when deciding which size battery would meet my needs. Install was pretty easy with the youtube videos to follow. When I did have a question on Saturday and called Extreme Kartz(just got answering service) I did not leave a message, yet they called me on Monday morning to address any issues! Excellent customer service! Only played 18 holes so far, but am satisfied with the product and service."

    "First, Extreme Kartz customer service is top notch!! I talked to Ryan a few times before my purchase. He patiently answered all my questions and didn't try to oversell me. My bundle order arrived quickly. When I told some folks here in my community I was converting my cart to Lithium, it raised some eyebrows. I'm a 72 year old gal and they all believed it couldn't be done, that all kinds of major work had to be done and that it would be hard to do. I unpacked everything, got help lifting the battery into the cart, watched the videos and did the installation myself. Since I'd never done anything like that before (and don't move as fast now) I took it slow but it really wasn't hard at all! I never have to bend over a cart and fill batteries with water again!! I'm thrilled and tickled pink!!"
