Rhox Rear Seats

RHOX makes one of the most-installed flip-down rear seats in the golf-cart aftermarket. The Rhino is the flagship — steel or marine-grade aluminum frame — with the value-priced Super Saver line alongside it, both offered in Rally and Sport two-tone colorways (Black/Orange, White/Red, Black/Blue, carbon-fiber looks and more). They bolt to almost every common cart platform from the last 20 years.

RHOX rear seats by cart (each cart links to its fitment sub-collection): Club Car DS (1982-2014) — Rhino & Super Saver kits plus replacement hardware. Club Car Precedent / Tempo (2004+) — Rhino aluminum and steel variants. EZGO TXT (1996+) — Rhino + Super Saver kits. EZGO RXV (2008+) — Rally & Sport colorways. Yamaha G14-G22 / Drive / Drive2 — kits across the lineup.

Frame, line, and colorway — pick by feel. Aluminum frame — lighter, marine-grade for wet or coastal carts; slightly higher cost. Steel frame — heavier, more rigid, the default for most installs. Super Saver line — the value option when you want the flip function without the premium price. Rally cushions — bold two-tone colorways (Black/Orange, White/Red, others); the look people mean when they say “RHOX seat.” Sport cushions — two-tone combos including carbon-fiber-look options.

The flip is the load-bearing feature. Folds from rear-facing passenger seat to flat cargo deck in seconds. That's the whole pitch — two extra seats when you have the people, a cargo bed when you don't.

FAQs for Rhox Rear Seats

Does the RHOX Rhino seat fit my cart?+

There's a Rhino or Super Saver kit for almost every common platform of the last 20 years — Club Car DS (1982-2014) and Precedent/Tempo (2004+), EZGO TXT (1996+) and RXV (2008+), and Yamaha G14-G22, Drive, and Drive2. Each kit is cut for a specific cart's rear frame, so you order the kit that matches your cart, not a universal one. Not sure which platform you have? Call 678-331-7404.

Aluminum or steel frame — which should I choose?+

Steel is the default for most installs — heavier, more rigid, lower cost. Choose aluminum if your cart lives in a wet or coastal environment (waterfront, salt air); it's marine-grade and lighter, at a slightly higher price. Both use the same Rhino flip mechanism and accept the same cushions, so the choice is about environment and budget, not function.

Do I need a separate kit for each cart?+

Yes. The Rhino mounts to your cart's specific rear frame, so the kit is cart-specific — a Precedent kit won't bolt to an EZGO TXT. The cushions and colorways (Rally two-tone or Sport combos) are interchangeable across frames, but the structural kit must match your platform and year. Running more than one cart? You'll need a kit per cart — we can bundle them; call 678-331-7404.
