Note: This kit is not compatible with EZGO “Series” TXT 36V/48V carts, 36V DCS models, MPT carts with extended input shafts, or not a replacement for an RXV motor/controller systems.

Pre-Purchase Checklist

• Cart must have a Curtis 1206HB Controller
• Heavy-duty solenoid required (440A+)
• Battery should have at least a 500 Peak discharge and a continues discharge of 180 + amps. 
• Works with drop-in lithium batteries  (Eco Battery, Bolt Energy, Rhino Lithium)
• Lead-acid systems must use 4-gauge or thicker battery cables
• please note: If you have factory Samsung Lithium Batteries you must choose the TXT Elite or it will not be compatible with your cart.

Note: The Navitas app is compatible with Apple iOS and Android devices. If you're converting a 36V PDS TXT, this kit works great—but you'll also need the following:

• 36V to 48V Adapter Harness
• Heavy-Duty Solenoid
• 48V Batteries (We recommend the 48V 105Ah Lithium Battery—our top choice for pairing with Navitas controllers).

Install Tips From a Pro

• Take pictures of current wire locations and positioning before starting install. (This will help if you forget where a wire or connection goes)
• Taking rear passenger tire off can help with installing the motor. (This will give you more space and maneuverability to get the motor on the splined shaft.)
• Download Navitas App and configure your controller to your cart. (This will make your motor and controller run as efficiently as possible.)
