Ride quality

"The kit is well built, I will start with that. It came with zero instructions but luckily I have installed a few other front end kits over the years. The good is: well built, nice powder coat and pretty light. The bad: zero instructions so if you have never installed one just take your time or watch youtube. My main complaint, and the dealers and the manufacturer could careless about, is the horrible shock selection. I weigh 195 pounds, after i finished the install i could stand on the front end and jump up and down and get ZERO suspension travel. After speaking with both the dealer and manufacturer i realized no one cares that the kit is not able to be driven the way it is. I had to order another set of shocks, the same ones that stretch plastics use in their kit. Now it is good. Rhox needs to wake up and visit any golf cart forum and search their name. People hate this lift kit because of the ride quality. You are better off removing the shocks and putting solid steel rods in place, you wouldn't be able to tell the difference."
